PCD and PCBN cutting tools are superhard machining solutions designed for extended tool life, high dimensional accuracy and consistent surface quality. PCD tools use polycrystalline diamond cutting edges, while PCBN tools use polycrystalline cubic boron nitride for machining hard ferrous materials.
Aurelion supplies customized PCD and PCBN inserts, milling tools, turning tools and special cutting tools. PCD tools are mainly used for non-ferrous and non-metallic materials, while PCBN tools are suitable for hardened steels and cast iron.
